Terms of service

These terms govern your use of aproncraft.com and any order you place with ApronCraft. By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you accept these terms. A signed pro forma invoice may add order-specific terms; where the two conflict, the invoice controls for that order.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free, itemized, and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in US dollars. Fabric, freight, and trim costs can move; if costs change before you confirm, we re-quote rather than surprise you on the invoice.

Samples and production

Samples are charged at unit price plus a sampling fee, which is credited toward your first bulk order. Bulk production starts only after you approve the physical sample in writing. Production times published on this site are typical planning figures, not guarantees; your confirmed delivery date is stated on your pro forma invoice.

Your artwork and trademarks

You keep all rights to logos and artwork you send us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We use your artwork solely to produce your order. We never apply another customer's branding to your products, and we ask the same in reverse: our patterns and templates remain our property.

Quality and claims

Every order ships against the approved sample. If goods arrive with manufacturing defects, report them with photos within 14 days of delivery; we will repair, replace, or refund the affected units. Normal tolerance for cut-and-sew goods is ±3% on quantity and minor shade variation between dye lots.

Information on this site — including lead times, capacity, and certification references — is provided in good faith for planning purposes and may be updated as our factory capabilities evolve. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; a contract forms only when both parties sign the pro forma invoice.
