Industry — hotels & venues
Hotel uniform aprons for every department, in one program.
The apron is the part of a hotel uniform that wears out first, and a hotel apron program is never one apron: it is the bistro bib in the kitchen, the waist apron at banquet, the cross-back at the lobby bar, and the utility apron in housekeeping — all reading as one brand. We build and document the whole program factory-direct, with replenishment reorders on a locked spec.

On the job
Working conditions for hotels & hospitality aprons.
Five departments, five different jobs
F&B needs presentation, banquets need speed, housekeeping needs durability. We spec each department’s apron from the same fabric family and trim palette, so the property reads consistent without forcing one apron to do every job.
Brand consistency across properties
A flag’s apron spec should not drift between locations. We lock fabric, color (by Pantone), logo placement, and sizing in a documented spec sheet that every reorder follows.
Replenishment cannot be a project
Uniforms wear out on a schedule. Once your spec is approved, reorders run as production slots, not new development — the same aprons, quote to delivery, without re-sampling.
Fabric & build
Fabrics we recommend.
These are the grounds we reach for first on this kind of work. Every option is settled on a physical sample before bulk fabric is cut.
10 oz poly-cotton twill
The uniform-program standard: colorfast, industrial-laundry rated, and consistent across thousands of pieces and years of reorders.
Cotton canvas for F&B
A elevated hand for restaurant and bar aprons where guests see the crew up close.
Water-repellent utility ground
For housekeeping and stewarding — wipes clean, dries fast, survives the laundry.

Your logo on it
How to put your logo on these aprons.
Embroidery, placed identically on every department’s pattern, is the hotel standard — durable through industrial laundry and consistent across reorders. Woven labels suit gift-shop retail aprons. We document logo size, position, and thread colors in your spec sheet so reorder number forty matches order number one.
MOQ and lead time
Minimum order and delivery time.
Every program starts with one physical sample, approved in your hands. Bulk production runs from 100 pieces, on the same lines that scale to chain-wide rollouts.

Questions buyers ask first
Can one order cover multiple departments?
Yes — that is how most hotel programs run. Departments share fabric and trim where possible and split into the styles each team needs, all under one quote and one delivery.
How do reorders work once our spec is set?
Your spec sheet — fabric, Pantone colors, logo placement, sizes — is locked after sample approval. Reorders go straight to production without re-sampling, typically in the 15–35 day tier by quantity.
Can you match our brand colors exactly?
Yes. We dye to Pantone references and you approve lab dips before bulk cutting. Thread colors for embroidery are matched the same way.
Do you supply full hotel uniforms or only the aprons?
Aprons only. Most properties keep their shirt and trouser supplier and add our aprons on top — we Pantone-match the apron fabric and embroidery thread to your existing uniform colors so the two read as one program.
Do you handle multi-property rollouts?
Yes. The same production lines that run the 100-piece starting tier scale to chain-wide programs, with split shipments by property and DDP delivery so duties are handled.
