About ApronCraft: the apron factory behind Hualingniao Apparel.

ApronCraft is a sub-project of Hualingniao Apparel (hlnapparel.com), an apparel manufacturer that produces uniforms and garments for overseas brands. Aprons were the category that kept coming back in that business, so we gave them their own workshop, their own pattern library, and their own name. The factory group, the audits, and the merchandising team are shared; the product focus is not.

Most garment factories treat aprons as a side line between T-shirt and hoodie orders. ApronCraft was built around the opposite idea: one workshop, one category. Bib aprons, waist aprons, cross-back barista aprons, split-leg smocks, children’s art smocks, and leather work aprons — sewn every day by operators who do nothing else.

That specialization shows up in practical ways. Our pattern library covers the apron styles US buyers actually order, graded across sizes. Our fabric sourcing concentrates on the materials aprons live in — cotton canvas, denim, twill, poly-cotton blends, waxed canvas, and leather. And our embroidery, screen print, DTG, woven label, and leather patch workflows are set up for apron panels, not generic garments.

We work OEM — you bring the design and spec, we build to it — and ODM, where you start from our proven patterns and add your brand, labels, and packaging. Either way you deal with the factory directly: no trading company margin, and no details lost between a middleman and the sewing floor.

We are an overseas workshop, and we do not pretend otherwise. Buyers choose ApronCraft for a transparent factory-direct cost structure, a 100-piece minimum order, and documented certifications — not for a flag on the label. If domestic production is a hard requirement for your program, we are not the right factory. If verified quality at a workable landed cost is the requirement, we probably are.
