The five points below are the ones buyers ask about first, and every one is settled in the sample stage, before bulk fabric is cut.
Quality control is not a promise, it is a paper trail: in-line inspection runs while your order is on the machines, a final check happens before packing, and you approve photos of your actual order before it leaves the floor.
- Sample-first ordering — one physical sample in 7–10 days, express shipped; the sampling fee is credited toward your bulk order.
- 100-piece minimum — low enough to test a program in one location, on the same lines that scale to chain-wide rollouts.
- A real apron fabric library — 8 oz to 16 oz cotton canvas, waxed canvas, denim, industrial-laundry poly blends, and split leather, with test reports available for the fabric in your order.

Bulk cutting starts only after sample approval, with in-line inspection during stitching and a final check before packing.

Questions buyers ask first
What is your minimum order quantity for custom aprons?
Bulk production starts at 100 pieces per style and color. Samples start at a single piece, and unit prices drop at the 200, 500, and 1,000-piece tiers. The 100-piece tier runs on the same lines that handle chain-wide programs.
How long do samples and production take?
A physical sample ships in 7–10 days by express. Bulk production takes 15–20 days at 100–199 pieces and up to 30–35 days at 1,000+ pieces, counted from sample approval. October to December is peak season, so book two to three weeks earlier.
Can you add our logo to the aprons?
Yes. We do embroidery, screen printing, DTG, woven labels, and leather patches in-house, with Pantone matching for thread and ink. You approve a stitch-out or strike-off photo before bulk production starts.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. Most of our customers are in the US, and we quote DDP (delivered, duties paid), so the price in the quote is the price you pay. Air freight takes 5–9 days; sea freight takes 25–35 days at the lowest cost per piece.
Can I order one sample before committing?
Yes. One physical sample in your fabric, color, and logo ships in 7–10 days. The sampling fee is credited toward your bulk order.
What documents can you provide?
Our business license and test reports for the fabric used in your order, both shared on request before you commit. We do not claim other certifications.
