Apron fabric decides how an apron feels at hour eight of a shift and how it looks after fifty commercial washes. These are the six materials we stock and build with every day — each page below covers weights, durability, decoration options, and care, honestly. If you are not sure which weight your environment needs, describe the environment; we recommend the material.

Every fabric here is running stock, not a special order: weights in ounces and grams, what it does in a commercial wash, which decoration methods hold, and the trades that ask for it.
- 01Cotton CanvasThe workhorse: 8–12 oz plain-weave cotton, pre-shrunk, printable, embroiderable.
- 02Poly-Cotton TwillThe uniform-program standard: colorfast, easy-care, industrial-laundry safe.
- 03Waxed CanvasWater-repellent 10 oz canvas that earns a patina instead of wearing out.
- 04DenimIndigo denim, pre-washed for shrinkage — craft look with workwear bones.
- 05Linen & Linen Blends6 oz breathable linen for Japanese-style and premium front-of-house aprons.
- 06Full-Grain & Split Leather1.2–1.4 mm leather for woodworking, barber, and BBQ aprons — abrasion-proof, ages well.
Test reports are available for every stock fabric on request, and any style can be dyed to your Pantone reference — you approve a lab dip before bulk dyeing. Specialty fabrics (organic cotton, recycled polyester) are sourced when a program calls for them.
