Industry — food service
Chef aprons and server aprons for restaurant kitchens and dining rooms.
A restaurant apron lives harder than almost any uniform: open flame, fryer grease, and a commercial laundry every week. We build chef aprons, server waist aprons, and bistro aprons to spec — fabric weight, pocket layout, and strap hardware chosen for your stations first, your logo applied after.
Samples ship in 7–10 days · bulk from 100 pieces · replies within 24 hours on business days.

On the job
Working conditions for restaurants & catering aprons.
Heat, steam, and grease at the pass
Line cooks need a barrier, not a fashion layer. We spec 10–12 oz grounds that block splatter and steam, with bib lengths that actually cover the thighs when someone leans over a low-boy.
The industrial laundry eats cheap aprons
Tunnel washers and high-heat finishing destroy bargain twill in a month. Our restaurant aprons use pre-shrunk, colorfast fabric with bar-tacked stress points, so the fiftieth wash looks like the fifth.
Front and back of house need different aprons
A chef apron and a server apron solve different problems. We run mixed programs — bib aprons for the kitchen, waist aprons with divided pockets for the floor — under one order, one quote, one delivery.
Fabric & build
Fabrics we recommend.
These are the grounds we reach for first on this kind of work. Every option is settled on a physical sample before bulk fabric is cut.
10 oz poly-cotton twill
The house standard for restaurant uniforms: colorfast, wrinkle-resistant, and rated for industrial laundry cycles. Best cost-per-wash of anything we make.
12 oz cotton canvas
A heavier hand for open kitchens and chef counters where the apron is part of the show. Takes embroidery beautifully; OEKO-TEX certified options available.
Water-repellent finish
For dish pits, raw bars, and prep stations — a DWR-treated ground that beads liquids instead of soaking them through to the whites underneath.

Your logo on it
How to put your logo on these aprons.
For anything facing a commercial laundry, embroider. Chest-logo stitching outlasts the fabric itself, and a one-time digitizing fee covers the design forever. Screen printing earns its place on catering and event runs where a big, bold graphic matters more than decade-long durability. Many groups do both: embroidery for the house uniform, print for events.

Every program starts with one physical sample, approved in your hands. Bulk production runs from 100 pieces, on the same lines that scale to chain-wide rollouts.

Questions buyers ask first
Will these aprons survive our commercial laundry?
Yes — that is the default spec, not an upgrade. We build restaurant aprons from pre-shrunk, colorfast poly-cotton or heavy canvas with bar-tacked stress points, and we recommend embroidery for logos because stitching survives tunnel washing far longer than any ink.
Can we mix chef aprons and server aprons in one order?
Yes. Most restaurant programs are mixed: bib aprons for the kitchen, waist aprons for the floor. Each style counts toward the 100-piece total as long as fabric and decoration are shared, so a single location can usually outfit the whole team in one order.
How long does a restaurant apron order take?
A physical sample ships in 7–10 days. Bulk production runs 15–35 days depending on quantity, then air freight (5–9 days) or sea freight (25–35 days), DDP to your door. Reorders of an approved spec are faster.
Can you match our existing uniforms?
Send a photo or a physical apron and we pattern-match it — dimensions, pocket layout, strap style — and match fabric color to a Pantone reference with lab dips approved by you before bulk cutting.
