Privacy policy

This policy explains what information ApronCraft ("we", "us") collects when you use aproncraft.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to prepare your quote and produce your order, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

When you submit our quote form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide directly: your name, work email, company, country, phone or WhatsApp number, the industry and product details you select, your project message, and any logo or artwork file you upload. Our servers also record standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, page requests) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotations, digitize your logo for sampling, produce and ship your orders, and respond to your messages. We do not use your logo or artwork for any purpose other than your project, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

Cookies and third-party tools

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure how visitors use our pages, such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. These tools set analytics cookies; the data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block them with your browser settings or an opt-out extension. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly bot check that runs without tracking cookies. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage and shared only with the merchandiser handling your inquiry.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records and uploaded files are kept while your project is active and for up to 24 months afterward so we can reference repeat orders. Email sales@aproncraft.com at any time to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data — we respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be flagged on this page before they take effect.
