You do not need a tech pack to work with us — but every detail you share removes a round of back-and-forth and tightens the price. These six points cover 90% of what our pattern makers need.
- Apron style — bib, cross-back, waist, split-leg smock, Japanese linen, or leather (photos or links help)
- Fabric and color — or just the environment it must survive, and we recommend the material
- Logo method — embroidery, screen print, DTG, woven label, or leather patch
- Quantity per color and per size run
- Pocket layout, strap hardware, or any reference apron you want to match
- Delivery deadline and destination — we plan backward from your date
MOQ and lead time

Our minimum for production is 100 pieces — low enough for an independent café to test a program — and the same lines scale up to chain-wide rollouts and importer programs.

Typical production days after sample approval. The sample fee is credited toward your bulk order; the 100-piece tier is priced for new programs, and unit costs drop at 200, 500, and 1,000 pieces.
October to December is peak season — book two to three weeks earlier to lock your slot.

How much does a custom apron cost?
Unit price depends on fabric, quantity, and logo method. As a reference point, a 10 oz cotton canvas bib apron with an embroidered logo typically lands between $4 and $9 per piece at 100 pieces — embroidery and private labeling add to the base. Send your brief and we return an itemized quote, not a single opaque number.
Can I order just one sample?
Yes. A single sample costs the unit price plus a small sampling fee, ships by express in 7–10 days, and the sampling fee is credited toward your first bulk order.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours on business days. Messages that arrive over the weekend or on public holidays are answered the next business day. Quote requests with a complete brief — style, quantity, logo file — usually get an itemized quote inside that same window.
What time zone are you in, and which languages do you support?
Our office runs on China Standard Time (GMT+8), and merchandisers check email and WhatsApp every business day — most US buyers wake up to a reply. We work in English and Chinese; write in whichever you prefer.
What file format should my logo be in?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest embroidery and print results. High-resolution PNG or JPG also works — our digitizer converts it and sends you a stitch-out or print proof for approval before production.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes — most of our customers are in the US. We quote DDP (delivered, duties paid) so the price you see is the price you pay, with air freight (5–9 days) or sea freight (25–35 days) options depending on your deadline.
